This offering cancels all previous quotes, listings. and catalog offers. All offerings are subject to availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Please list all address information as requested. We require your zip code, daytime telephone number and a street number address. Your order cannot be shipped if this information is not completed. Payment must be made prior to shipment and may be made by, Postal Money Order, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover or personal check. Personal checks will require bank clearance before shipment is made. SORRY, we do not accept C.O.D. orders. Orders are filled in the sequence in which they are received. Occasionally shipments may be delayed pending more sever weather conditions. All offerings are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to withdraw all or any offerings from sale and to limit quantities. We guarantee all plants to be true to identity. Shipping Information
All plants are sent in pots, unless specified otherwise by customer. This will insure better acclimation to a different growing environment. Although we do our best to pack carefully, we are not responsible for damage to buds or flowers. Safe arrival of a healthy orchid plant is guaranteed. Shipping is generally done Monday or Saturday via Priority mail or UPS Second Day Air unless otherwise requested. In such case, customer assumes all liability/additional charge for shipping other than recommended by Sedona Orchids. Please Make Note Of Alternative Shipping On Your Order Form. All plant orders take 5-7 business days to process. All orders are usually shipped within (1) week of receipt depending on weather. Damage / Shipment Delay: Should your order not arrive within the maximum allowed travel time within the U.S., please contact us. Due to the fragile nature of living plants and to transit conditions over which we have no control, we regret we cannot be held responsible for possible damage occurred in transit. Plant Size Reference
Blooming Size (B.S.): Plants reach maturity and capable to flower within a year Near Blooming Size (N.B.S.): Plants almost reach maturity, but require 12-18 months to flower. Seedling Size (S.S.): Young plants, need at least 24 months or more to reach maturity. ::Go to the Top

Phytosanitary Certificate
Shipments to Hawaii requires a PHYTOSANITARY certificate to be sent with each shipment. We will obtain the certificate for the shipments. The cost is US$ 36.00. Please note there will be approx. two weeks delay in shipping, due to processing. Hawaii residents must also include a copy of import permit, or indicate this number on order form. Other US territories including Guam, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands will need the certificate for shipments as well. ::Go to the Top
Discounts
All discounts are applied to the SUBTOTAL of the MERCHANDISE purchased, and NOT towards shipping, or handling, or any other charges applied.
